Low Moisture Cleaning

Very low moisture cleaning (VLM) has become a popular method of carpet cleaning used in commercial environments and residential homes. The carpet dry's in 1-2 hours, making it much quicker than the traditional hot water extraction method. It also uses about 80% less water than normal cleaning methods.

What do you consider a room?

We consider an average size room to be no larger then 200 sq. ft. Living room/dining room combos are considered two areas. Any area over 200 sq. ft. will be considered as two rooms.

How long will it take to clean my carpets?

On average, it will take approximately 20 to 30 minutes per room. This time can vary greatly though depending on how soiled the carpets are.

Does Stream-N-Go move your furniture?

No.

How long will it take to dry?

Typically dry in 1-2 hours.

Do you guarantee removal of all spots or stains in the carpet?

We cannot guarantee that we will remove all spots or stains. There are substances that can permanently discolor the carpet fibers. The age of the carpet and the type of carpet fibers also plays a factor in this. The technician will try to determine if this is the case prior to cleaning, but they are not always able to determine this before trying to remove the spots.

Do I have to be home while you are cleaning?

No. As long as we have access to a key or key code.
